Die Übergangsrunde sollte genutzt werden ein starke Mannschaft zu formen um 1956 den Aufstieg in die 1. Kreisklasse wieder in Angriff zu nehmen. Am Ende sprang der 3. Platz raus wobei der Abstand zum ersten Platz nur ein Punkt betrag.
